Our Nidhi "The Madura Hindu Permanent Fund Limited" called by Share holders as "FUND OFFICE" was established on 22.01.1894 and run successfully to completed its 129th year on 22.01.2023.
Our Nidhi's Registered and Head office is located near at world famous "Godess Arulmigu Shri Meenatchiamman Temple" WEST GATE" ,Madurai and other 13 branches(all in located at Madurai District) are "JAIHINDPURAM, PONNAGARAM, MUNICHALAI, TALLAKULAM, SOUTHVELI, MANINAGARAM, PUDUR, TIRUPPARANKUNDRAM, NAGAMALAI PUDUKKOTTAI, BETHANIAPURAM, SELLUR, TIRUMANGALAM AND ANNANAGAR".
Our Nidhi engaged in Mutual Benefit funds are rendering very valuable service to "HINDU" people, particularly "POOR" and "MIDDLE CLASSES" by providing thrift and savings facilities on easy and sound lines.
The Central Government notified its official gazette on June 1963, our Company's status as "NIDHI" under Companies Act, 1956, section 620-A, vide Department of Company Law Administrations Notification No.GSR 978 dated 28.05.1963.
Our Company’s first President was Shri.P.Narayana Ayyer and first Honourable Secretary was Rao Bhagadur G.Srinivasa Rao on 1894.
Our Company celebrated its "Golden Jubilee" on 30.12.1941. "Diamond Jubilee" on 03.10.1954. "Platinum Jubilee" on 29.11.1968. "Navarathna Vizha" on 12.01.1984. "Centenary" on 25.09.1993" and "125th Birthday" on 22.01.2019.

As per Companies Act, 2013 and Nidhi Rules, 2014 we have changed our Company’s name to "MADURAI HINDU PERMANENT NIDHI LIMITED" from 20.01.2020.
