| 1. A Share Holder is entitled to obtain Loan on the security of House Property situated within the areas as specified by the board periodically. |
| 2. Loan amount shall not exceed 50% of the Value of the Property offered as security. |
| 3. Maximum Loan amount Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs). |
| 4. Maximum Period 60 Months. |
| 5. Rate of Interest 15 % p.a. * |
| 6. Rate of Interest changed on such Loans shall be based on the reducing balance method. |
